To start, I am not a fan of fg loans (never made one, never taken one), but browsing the scammer accusation section it's overflowing with unpaid loans made over discord , and seems moderators spend a lot of time sorting through these issues. They should add an FG loan option like sending fg, where a user can request a loan with a specific repay date & amount. And user can allow lender to see their full loan amounts (so you can tell of this person already borrowed like 100k fg from others). Then if it's unpaid just autolock after a time . Probably a good reason why this doesn't exist, but not having a feature , but still willing to be manually enforcing loan repayments seems odd.

End legitimizing loans by enforcing repayment on discord terms or standardize to make it simple and transparent..

First off, your kidding yourself if you think it’s as easy as “adding a loan option”
Second, S/A would simply become full of people claiming “they marked trade as loan” etc

Never would Paul or Kevin come to the terms of giving people free currency for them to cause problems existent for other staff members by agreeing and implementing such a idea.

I mean would they rlly build a whole section saying dnt buy fg from us go take a loan never repay create a multi and redo same thing over and over
