It's become trendy to put to tag items above level 30 as an LLD item. It would be incredibly useful if we had the ability to report that action specifically.

Just report as illegal trade since this falls under false advertising

#2 is correct, report it for Illegal Trade and a Trade Moderator will handle it from there
