I think what we have now is enough.

I'm also against Red & Green combination as it has an impact on users who are colorblind

The only reason it is red to begin with is because the color stands out no matter what theme you have. If the site was to have different colored ones it would be hard to see on different themes and would look bad having mutiple colored topics.

It's a nice idea, just it probably won't happen sorry.

no one use italic it can just be the change of that

green is a good color to stand out

we need a bright a color

not asking for 10++ colors just 1 more or a replacement for other like italic

People use italic all the time.

Having a bright color (or even dark) isn't really needed. The red topic title already brings your eye to the topic just as a bold and a italic topics do no matter what theme u use. And if another color was added not all people would agree on it just like u think the italic isn't used and not needed. People will think the same for the color that would be added. Thats why the way it is now is fine imo.
