sorry I forgot to respond yesterday. yes it is true with the trollers. however that can be said about every topic thread that is on jsp and in suggestion. I think once they get enough warns, as with the other threads, they will ease up. though like all the threads there is expected to be that issue.
I would like to take the a moment and reinstate the purpose of the thread in question.
what it is for: to talk about with anyother jsp user legal cases. weigh facts and put your input if the person is guilty or not. an example of this could be naskaub and I talking about the casey anthony trial.
what this is not for: to give advice or ask for advice about ones own criminal case. an example could be, oh man i just got busted with 2 onces of weed. what can i do to get out of it?
there is no liability issues because a disclaimer can be writen up saying that jsp is not responsible for anything someone may ask or say. though if that were really a big deal as some have mentioned here then I feel that this website would have been shut down long ago due to the high rate of daily online bullying.
