Plus - there is not reason to feel threatened if someone's talking about drugs, or uses strong language, that's all part of our human nature.
I don't support pedophilia though, but i've seen it mentioned quite a few times, racist comments doesn't really bother me because I call my friends Niggas/Nikkahs all the time, and i've been told that's a racist statement. Finally, women/men getting criticized happens in life, and other online forums/social places on the web.

I understand you have good intentions behind your thought, but I think this is a bit unnecessary.
You're saying that people are going to be given warns for making a drug joke, or for using sexual language as a joke? Gotta be kidding me.
