Sure, I'm voting Yes.
I'm not going to read 81 pages of this to see if the following has be said: When I need quotes from multiple pages, I go to the first one, click the quote button then highlight it all in the text reply box and press ctrl-x to save it. Then I go to the next page and click quote for what I need. I go to the reply box, move that later quote down a couple lines and paste the first quote above it. If I have more to quote then I just repeat the process. This gets the job done, but not nearly as easily as your suggestion would. Good luck getting it implemented.
