I don't think trade should be seperated between HC und SC. Most jsp users play HC and items can be moved from HC to SC.

That's not true.

I play strictly HC and 80% of the posts I have seen in the subforum so far are SC.

It's a huge difference and it affects HC players.

Hardcore/Default should have seperate sections. The reason is.. people hardly state what league they are in so its annoying to offer on something then find out its not in your league. Another reason is.. because I would be able to check through the new topics for my league way faster..
