Having a problem with this on East right now. People are abusing it way, way to much.
If you post a topic, wait an hour, then post them same one, wait another hour, then post again, the results end up with you being able to bump the same item every single hour of every single day. This is completely unacceptable and the fact that people think they're getting away with it unnoticed is an even bigger issue.
