there could be situations where someone gets kicked from the guild for something. would the fg be resent to him?

what with people that have sent fg to guild forum bank and got locked?

it depends on what he sent it in for. i wouldnt intend for the idea to be so black and white that the forum bank was limited to a strict purpose.
If the person put in the fg to help fund guild events, or something of that nature, id imagine he wouldnt get it back, but it would really be up to the guild leader, and the person leaving. If he was storing it for personal reasons, because the guild allowed it, then im sure he would get it back.
