The concept of this idea is nice but it excludes a huge percentage of jsp from ever getting it and i think it would discourage people from playing outside of their guild. with the ls community being so small already, this will also make new comers to ls feel like they need to be in a top ls guild to get in a group.

As for it being a personal achievement it could cause rifts in guilds where some people only want to climb with certain people so they have a better chance at getting it.

but even after all that being said i do like the idea of something more to distinguish the person/guild that reset the ladder
