I would want a FF14 forum, but trades and questions/random topics should be separate IMHO. Mod's would be needed to conduct safe transfers for all servers.

Being that the subforum is being completely dominated by FFXIV trade threads, help request threads, and random threads about FFXIV... I would have to stronly disagree.

Or we could just rename the subforum to "Final Fantasy XIV, with scattered threads on other Final Fantasy titles"

I think a FFXIV trade forum is absolutely necessary. All non ffxiv threads are getting pushed off the front page. At the moment I only see 2 non ffxiv trade/service threads and they are both ffxiv discussion threads.

The reason this hasn't been implemented is most likely caused by the fact that while there is a strong FFXIV presence, there is a near non-existent presence of other Final Fantasy posts, meaning there is no necessity for separation. I'm pretty sure I have stated this before.

You must justify need for both before you can justify having two instead of one.

If I am not mistaken it only takes 75 posts for a specific game to recive its own official sub-forum. This game is a top tier MMO right now and deserves an official subforum with alternate tabs for trading / selling / topics / .

Make the same argument for all other final fantasies combined. They do not have 75 supporters.
