i doubt that you remember all user names that you've trade with to make a name search, an item search would be more useful if have a comment attached to gold log

You just joined, so how would you know?
Most people will use this for history on godly 08 items, bmanas, etc etc
just to see how much they sold for/bought for.
This is strictly for trade spawns like myself, and if you want to start a donors list, then you can always search your donors name to see exactly how much they have donated you.

it isn't hard to observe a trade for x-xx k forum gold while searching between randoms
i suppose you don't have so many trades of 5k+ at once that require a search function...

Once you've been here for a year like myself, having 80+ transactions a month, you will understand why this is a helpful addition.

last month i had 80+ transactions as well and they are listed on one page only, so really don't understand how can it be that hard to make an easy search that takes less then 10sec's
but ofc for 500+ transactions things are rough, but still easy to find because of higher price which can be searched easier
