Doing a roof deck on a rubber roof atm i'll post some pics of it unreal what people want and what they will pay regardless of lower cost ways of doing things.. gotta love it in my case

we are having a new patio door put in - I was hoping to wait until spring, but I don't think this one will survive another winter. unfortunately it's the only way to let the dogs in/out of the house lol if you ever want to come visit Canada I have tons of stuff around the house that needs doing! hmm, I guess it'd be a working vacation lol
