How does having a log prevent scams? Sure it can solve the scams, but your guild would never get there forum gold back. Resulting in posts in the scammer accusations. Which then in return is more work for the staff team.

Its not that its a bad idea, its that because of the above reason it will not happen.

Everyone seems to be so concerned with scamming. the log would just make it so people wont be able to get away with scamming.
The only people that would probably attempt to scam it, would be a multi or something of that nature, in which case people simply wont give rights to people like that.
Its a lot simpler than everyone's got it pegged out to be.

HERE'S MY ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS:

SAY YOU PUT 20 - 30K or whatever in your bank...and yeah...you trust people! EVEN PEOPLE YOu'VE KNOWN ON HERE FOR A YEAR OR SO...ALL OF A SUDDEN YOUR "FRIEND" EMPTIES OUT THE BANK AND BUYS AS MUCH DIABLO WOW GEAR WHATEVER (OR SELLS THE FG FOR REAL LIFE CASH SOMEHOW)...

SO OF COURSE YOU WOULD REPORT HIM CALL HIM SCAMMER WHATEVER.....PROBLEM IS: YOU WOULD NEVER SEE A PENNY OF THAT FG BACK!!!

YOUR "FRIEND" MIGHT....AND I EMPHASIZE MIGHT GET A LOCKED/SCAMMER TAG BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT! 5 SECONDS LATER HE CAN MAKE A MULTI AND SPAM TO INCREASE HIS POST COUNT...AND SELL SOME OF THE GEAR HE BOUGHT WITH THE STOLEN FG FROM BEFORE!

ONE THING I DO LIKE ABOUT THIS: IT WOULD BE GREAT FOR RAFFLES!!!!! PPL PUT IN 1....5.....whatever fg and at the end of month or so winner gets the bank!!

A BANK WHERE EVERYONE CAN PUT FG INTO AND ONLY THE GUILD LEADER CAN TAKE OUT OF....THAT WOULD GET MY VOTE!!!!! =)

on top of that, you can set maximum withdrawal limits for each members, so all oyu have to do is set it to max like 1,000. you as guild leader could remove as much as you'd want though.
