what good would it be? every number set has the same chance of being picked each drawing...

The advantage I see is that it will allow people who have not used the system yet (or have used it) to see if their numbers have ever been shown as a jackpot. Some people have certain methods to gambling and knowing the past results helps those that want to use that bit of information to make their next guess. I'd say be more concerned about the bandwidth being used and if it's not feasible to add in this feature due to it slowing the site down, it can just be tossed to the side.

What happens if u buy like 100 tickets and on one of them u win jackpot and on anotehr u win 3 numbers out of order? do u just get the jackpot or do u get both?

it picks the smaller winners first, but since you won the jackpot it wouldn't matter if it paid them or not to you since you still get the same amount (since everything is paid in a % of the pot and not fixed values)
