What about posting the winning Jack pot numbers for each hour. Perhaps next to the date or where ever u think looks good. If no winners dont post at all?

Thats a lot better, but i still think the main break should be daily.
Maybe add a smaller break line for hours.
Also the alignment you did really improves the view, but the Member name alignment looks kind of messed up.
Maybe aligning the coloumn, but not the names itself.
What i mean is something like this:

I think would be better putting it like this:
