why does it need to be stickied?

i think it should be stickied so people can post their music in that one thread instead of everyone making mass amounts of music threads in General Chat.

i believe if there was just one thread for users to post their music in General Chat, it would reduce spam and create more room for general discussion. also, i think it would be easy to at least try out and if it doesn't work the thread could be easily removed.
