i don't have any errors or anything on it but it's really easy to touch the wrong button and i don't like to return to the last page every time i touch the wrong button.

This is most likely just due to the Windows browser being shitty. The older version of the built-in Android browser would miss a lot too, but I haven't had the slightest issues after upgrading to 4.x.

not really, tried it also on an android phone w/ firefox and a iphone 4, still wasn't too friendly.

pinch and zoom.

i've never had a problem with hitting the wrong button unless i leave it zoomed out(stupid).

It really isnt. On my iphone 4s i have zero trouble browsing jsp. I cant really tell if you mean just a smartphone theme or a mobile version of jsp. I honestly would never get on jsp if they implemented a mobile version.

the thing i assume they are complaining about is jsp being zoomed out and you have to zoom in(literally half a second to do).

a theme won't change that because its just your browser trying to view the whole thing at once.
