This is a much better option.

Also, you can not make bumps cost money. People will just make more threads instead of bumping and this will result in tons of duplicate threads.

I would never spend Fg's for bumping my Topics.
You can click on "Add Reply" and just choose a color that you wish.
And if you want to bump your Topic with a updated list (or something like that) you always need to change the text.
Useless in my eyes.
Voted "no".
