i was going to be doing a Loan system in my guild on our forums, then this idea hit me

Well he can charge for the creation of the bank, much like he did the charter and all the ranks that we have to buy

But.
It should be an option for members to accept the donation into the bank, and to withdraw from the bank.
So therefore, if you have certain members, who can only accept it, but cant go ahead and jack it right away

Well my original idea was to have it be so anyone can put it in, then only certain people take it out. but obviously this is just roughwork, njag would work specifics.
