I got a suggestion on a new layout, what do you think?

This should be easy to change, just split the table row that holds the raffle numbers into two columns with a width modifier of 50% on each. I think that looks better, there shouldnt be any text in the white area if you ask me.

I dont know how many people that uses 640*480 anymore, but i dont think that it would fuck up the layout if you use %'s. Its not that much text, and it would only make it higher if it was way to small.
Make sure that you didnt miss my edit, added a line.
