If you want to be literal, then yes, the thousands of multi accounts aren't donors. I'll let Paul answer you now, keep in mind however, the numbers are random. Get over it, quit crying.

The numbers drawn are random.

As to why who is winning is winning, it's up to two things:
1) Luck.
2) Who is entering. If more donors/trusted enter than NON-donors/trusted, of course the odds are higher that they will win. I did a quick scan of who's buying tickets, and 83.289% of the tickets purchased were from people who have donated to the site.

So quit yer bitchin'.

I think you are making up for giw much you are putting in at the beginning of each raffle and i think that you could probably start splitting like this

The pot increases 3 FG for every ticket purchased. The other 2 FG goes to the site.
