Here is my opinion:
Custommers AND Leveler should just take screenshots with timestamps of the char who needs level(Inventory,Stash,Cube). Also Screenshot of account(characters).
Then the leveler/Custommer will get locked if something happens during the service.

So I'm sorry, I have to vote No.
Anyways, you allready got My events where you can choose yourself who get to join your event.
