yes its very needed because not all users comment their trades and when i want look for price which i sell item i dont know which items it was :D

No because it would make it easier for ppl to sell unperm stuff as perm (diablo2) if they can "fake" any goldlogs

is it too hard to read some comments of others ?

you will have an own coloumn, so nobody can fake anything
