I 'll add to your suggestion also give the opportunity to leave a comment for those who are going to report a post or a topic.

example: I want to use the report button because after i posted my offer in a trade topic , the seller comes ingame trying to buy my offer vs other items, when the topic title was: buy items vs fgs

Clicking only "illegal trade" in this case doesn't explains at all why you are reporting it
