Yes, and... actually this goes for all forums which have a bump rule, like Site Suggestions.
On the other hand, non-trade forums are not so closely monitored for early bumping,
and bumping a suggestion 23h since last bump will not get ya topic closed,
cuz it's more like a allowed daily bump, not the exact 24 hours, which is more of a guideline than 'tha law'
