I had a look at some of the other games on this site. Fallout has its own sub forum, and 1 user is browsing it.

D2R has a massive trading sub forum, there are only benefits if additional trading sub forums were created to take into account pc/console versions/hc/sc etc. With this volume of players sub forums d2r are sought. i appreciate that some people dont want this but D2r is today and D2 is the past. Let the new community have its own forums. The old game and its sub forums can still stay sure, but they should be separate. A place to discuss this new version of D2(r) whether it be PvM, PvP, theorycrafting or whatever, please. There are still people playing the original game (more then "Fallout" ok!) so there is no reason NOT to separate them. Honestly its not the same game, if it was we could trade with D2 players. We cant, this is D2R.

With the sheer size of the player base i dont understand why we would/should not have the same number of sub forums as those in D2. it makes no sense to use the same sub forums as exist in d2, noting that there are 2 different communities now. If you had strategy subforums etc you would have players actively creating content on this site as opposed to using other sites for this purpose. with the sheer size of your population on this site the sections would rapidly grow.

i have already posted multiple guides for d2. they dont all fit for d2r. i would have no problem writing new ones for d2r. i am sure that alot of content creators are in the same boat.

finally, being humble now, you should seriously consider a quality of life split between the trading sub forums on eu, na and asia. there are simply too many users in the one trading location for content to be viewed. alot of players dont know how to switch servers, dont want to to switch servers for w/e stupid reason and in the round if someone wants to find something, they can look in each sub forum. you can always merge them on a later date once the numbers drop. this is a serious quality of life suggestion worth considering, it will only boost traffic / trading on this site.

did jsp ever have this many trade topics per day ever for a single game in a single sub forum?

This really complicates trading. If split, I'm sure people would trade a lot more. I know I would. I cant get anyone to see my topics and I gotta go through search results to find my iso. Frigging exhausting.


Don't understand how this doesn't make sense to our esteemed jsp founder: More subforums means more trading. And more trading means more fg...wink wink

Moving forward, when you create a topic in these discussion forums you will now have a Tag option to label which game your topic pertains to, whether D2:R or D2 (legacy).
