I like the idea, but i agree that only a few guilds would have the advantage to use it. That being said.
Id like to see a career gp achievement.
Instead of a star, how about a personal symbol you can select when you reach 10 20 45 gps for your career.
Put them in tiers just like the stars...

Yes ofc any reward for getting points would also be cool. My suggestion is just intended to improve the reward of a reset. You get more points with fails on the alch than with your pass and that's sad.
