Allow .webm Videos To Be Emded - Topic

it seems the web is moving towards new image and animation formats such as .gifv and .webm. i think we should seriously look at keeping up with these new web features. voted yes providing the implementation is straight forward.

Use the new [VIDEO]URL[/VIDEO] tag. It supports mp4, ogg, webm, and gifv extensions. Not all browsers support all of these, nor every encoding!

It also works for youtube videos, and I will eventually deprecate and remove [YOUTUBE] entirely:
[video]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJnjWXVXc4A[/video]

Same rules and restrictions apply to VIDEO tags as YOUTUBE (cannot be in quotes, and limits in profile, etc)
