very good idea, I for myself suggested something very similiar in 09 already - still bumping this old ass topic.

Same does count for numerous other people. You got my vote, however I'm not really sure whether they want this implement or not. It seems that they dont care about this issue.

Yes, great idea because it will clear up random spam in the subforums from new people asking for "this" or "that".

A general intro brief will give newbies one easy to access message with specific post related information vs. having to fish everything out individually in a General Help sticky.
