not quite sure what you're asking here... how is this different from selecting to hide or show the section in your profile?
i can see the friends list whether it's on the side or in the middle... so... maybe you need to describe it more?

I want that people can see my friends, if the friendslist is in the middle :)

so really what you mean is, there is no clickable link if the friends list in the middle, to view the ENTIRE friends list of a given user... since the short friends list (top 6 or whatever) shows up.
