if you would open your eyes just a wee bit and would look further than "I hate Lajo, because he's unreasonable, and I hate everyone on the subforum with a few exceptions, because they are filthy spammers and dumb as hell", you will see, that on the one hand no one gives a shit about his/her postcount, because almost everyone on the sub has got 5k++ posts and there's no point in getting it even higher + generally nobody cares about it anyway (not even during trades), and on the other hand the situation is the same (if not worse) on every other subforums, so you might as well suggest deleting every single national forums, because they are all about spam.

anything that is not connected to trade? then delete every single subforum except the trading ones, so jsp could become a beautifully dull and boring place.
or is it an off-topic post that makes no sense whatsoever and you don't need an iq value higher than 50 to form a "spam post"? well, aside from the occasional rampages, there isn't much of it on the sub either. and even that times, it is much easier to overlook them, maybe reporting them, than e-raging and whingeing all the time about the whole matter. or at least for most people (seemingly not you, though, but your opinion isn't really relevant in this case (and definitely not objective) as you are not a guy who spends time on the hungarian sub, of course excepting your occasional pouting sprees)
plus: it is "no matter where the hunsub is", because the crap stays inside; therefore, it is pointless to improve...
ok, then, it would be the same if it'd be situated higher? why not improve then, after 300+ yes votes in the previous poll, and if this one is going well, as well?

in the worst case it is totally indifferent, as spam in the subforum doesn't do the trading section any harm.
but as we all know that on this level, the more posts there are on a forum, the greater (more famous, easier to find, etc) it is... so again, where is the point?
you haven't really stated one single valid argument against moving the sub, you just carry on with your senseless, childish pouting which you don't even recognize...
if you don't like us, fine by me, but please, don't try to spoil our fun "just because"
