You don't know much about computers do you? Mac and Windows have easily accessible customer service, but Linux is open source and has to rely on other Linux users to get help.

Absolutely!

I've seen quite a few Linux users and chatted with them over the course of years. I'm surprised there isn't a sub-forum for it already!

Me personally, I've used Linux a LOT and it would be extremely beneficial to me as I run into a lot of problems with compiling errors, all sorts of things.
