when the numbers are picked are they Eliminated from the next raffle picking?
like for example
if 1,2,3 are picked from the current lottery

can 1,2,3 win again in the next hour?

i bought 4 tickets and it said like 45 mins til next raffle. but now it says i have no tickets but no new winner was drawn. what happend? lol
