For your guild and other guilds it could work
Until u get that person making disrespectful rank names for themselves
Just because people are in the same guild
Doesnt mean they have to like each other
U get people making ranks like
This person sucks this
Racist ranks
Derogatory and insulting ranks

My guild members are required to buy a custom rank
But i still have to screen the rank names
I had some of the dumbest disrespectful resquests for rank names
My staff or myself cant be expected to monitor the ranks 24/7
Then that immature kid posts a stupid ass rank name
Cause he thinks its funny
But he doesnt realize it offended another guild member that doesnt know how to take a joke

If it were that easy
Id give all my guild members the right to change all guild ranks
But it isnt that easy, it just isnt
People always misuse power

Yes, but you have to enable the option as some people may not have payed for a rank!

Than only give the ones you trust the power, others turn the option off.

Then u get people complaining that they cant chamge theirs
Right now i only give my staff rights to change ranks
People even complain if they cant see guild logs

Not all guilds are as hard to manage as yours though. I had one and never had such problems, I gave everyone the right to change ranks but they did abuse it somewhat by changing others ranks, but that's why I'd like this option so you don't have to worry about that.
