A "Macro" is a shortcut that causes "multiple" actions to occur in a scripted way. Simply rebinding T to a mouse button shouldn't flout the anti-macro rules, as it only causes a single action to occur.
Of course, the people that make the rules might not agree with this interpretation. In that case, hopefully they implement auto-whistle.
