I’m voting No just because I think it will be a very inactive forum.

I try to keep this up to date

And recently there have only been like 4 total guilds for sale. Just seems like it will be totally unused

Maybe that should be stickied somewhere with info on how to get your guild onto that list so people can be directed there in the future?

I agree with this, maybe a tab when you click the guild list or something.
Currently I just add any guild I see but anyone with a guild for sale can PM me their trade thread as well.
