This way I can easily check to see if I have been added as a friend, had a reply or quoted or mentioned somewhere without having to read through my dozen of notifications each morning.

Let me know if you have any further suggestions or if I am late to the party (has already been suggested, if so then link that here please, I couldn’t find it)

When I first joined I was used to having notifications tab in everything I am using and it was super odd for me to not have notifications tab here, so I can check what I have missed if I am browsing something clicking fast this and that and a notification pops out and I miss it cuz I clicked something(not it) same time when it appeared and now its gone or I closed the tab where it appeared cuz I was searching for something and I opened a few tabs at a time then close them all together and now I have to figure out what it could've been and I start searching through my recent posts and threads to see where the hell that notification came from... I can't imagine if I get 50 notifs and I accidently lose them... I would vote a 100x times YES if I could, I believe it will be truly helpful for all kinds of people around here :thumbsup:
