Yes as long as it is donations. I do not want people to scam via this.

I don't see any purpose for this.

All of this can easily be done without this feature.

I vote yes. When I owned my first guild, I had come up with this concept (back in like '10). It was a pain trying to keep track of the guild fg vs my own fg considering it was all together in my bank.

As far as scamming

1) don't pick a dbag of a guild leader
2) as many other said, can't scam donated fg
3) could always make a feature that when the leader clicks the bank, it brings him to a list only allowing him to send it to guild members (himself excluded). Not anyone outside of guild, not himself, not a mod, etc.

In my guild, we didn't even use it for guild features. We used it to help gear each other up. Having a pre ladder reset fund would be a great use for it. That way, if you play day 1 of reset, you already have fg set aside to help gear up the team. You would ofc need a Leader that would be willing to proportion it evenly among the guild members.

But using it toward extra guild slots, charter, chat, etc... all possibilities.
I vote yes!

Voted no.
Regardless of all the banter about how to choose wisely for guild leaders/co-leaders. This is still highly abusive. It's the internet. Anyone can change at the drop of a hat.
The only use I could find out of this is the possibility of a guild with nothing but real life friends, and even then, still easily abused.
