I don't see it necessary, especially not this early. The servers have not been put out yet nor has there been an official address by Jagex in reference towards an official launch date. Also, we have yet to see how many of the current Runescape section users will actually be playing the game considering it may cost extra money to play.
e/ Furthermore, the Runescape section is fine and will handle this update just as it has handled every other update. If you add another subforum, it can only do harm to the current Runescape forum, and "07 runescape servers" that are classified as an entirely different game in the minds of many are simply Runescape servers from another era. It is still Runescape and should not obtain another subforum just as Runescape classic is still discussed and traded under the Runescape subforums provided.
e^2/ Just as there is not an individual subforum for each Runescape world (server), there should not be another subforum to further breakdown a less than active forum.

It has been official that the servers WILL be released. The game is an older version as you stated so the fact that it is not out yet does not stop us from strategizing prior. We already have many people who voted for it and are aware of the extra costs who are willing to play regardless. Runescape Classic has a very small player base and is very rare to see a thread regarding it. 07 RS already has over 200k votes of people playing, and on this forum many people are going to be playing as shown by all the threads and support. It is still Runescape so should be a subsection such as how they put hardcore and softcore within Diablo 2. There are different subforums for different realms so why not this? Runescape is more active then other forums such as Ladder Slasher and MANY other subforums such as:

Age of Conan, Aion, Archlord, Atlantica Online, Borderlands 1 & 2, Cabal Online, Conquer Online, Dekaron, DOFUS, Dragon Nest, Dungeon Defenders, Dungeon Fighter Online, Dungeons & Dragons Online, Eve Online, FlyFF, Gunbound, Habbo, Heroes of Newerth, Hellgate, Knight Online, Last Chaos, Lord of the Rings Online, Magic: The Gathering, MapleStory, Neopets, Perfect World, Ragnarok Online, Rappelz, Requiem, Rift, Runes of Magic, Silkroad Online, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Team Fortress 2, Tera, Tibia, Torchlight 1 & 2, Vindictus, Warhammer Online, War Z, Nintendo, Counter-Strike, Warcraft 3, Gears of War Series, Battlefield Series, Final Fantasy Series, The Elder Scrolls Series, Role Playing Game - General, MMORPG - General


These all have their own section. Runescape has 49 currently active users while these have mostly 1 (including me when I looked). Some of the "more popular" have 4 people in it including me.
Even the bigger games like Dota have only 17 people in it at the moment. Cutting our section in half will still be more than most of these games. In fact, not everyone plans on quitting present Runescape and will play both as they have stated. Runescape 07 Section is definitely necessary

The worlds are not like realms, thats a bad arguments.

You can change world in 30 seconds, its to spread out the server load, and for people not to have 200k players in one world.. God a mess that would be. Clearly you know jackshit about runescape if you think that seperate worlds needs different subforums.

This needs to happen ASAP. Servers will be released in 2 days.
