If a button like this would exist it would probably just direct you to an offline stream. Chanses are pretty high he/she is not streaming at the moment. As I write this there are 7 streams online on jsp, Total Members: 766,050 (not all of them stream ofc, and lots of inactive users, but you get the point).

Why not just click on the "Live streams" up in the top right corner? It's not hard to browse through the online streams.
And if you like their stream you can just hit the "Follow" button on Twitch.

Sorry, but I don't see the point.
