I just don't see why the normal "report violations to a moderator" isn't good enough. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

They need to have access to forums otherwise they won't ever be able to repay there scams. This suggestion will never happen. ;)

For those that said repay mediators can make the topics on the first page. That is not true and will never be. You cannot post what you do not have. Thus another reason why it will never be added.
