The point of this is to create a permanent solution to keep private posts 100% private. I do agree, making a post in the public chat would cycle the private post down, making the last post after x time the public one, not the private one. However, I am suggesting that the private posts aren't shown in the 'last post x time ago' field unless the user has proper rights to see that private post.
