No to this, the s/a section rarely deals with anything as it is just look at some of the threads you'll see no justice is brought down unless a person has multiple accusations on the front page even when the people have no proof, its just to shut people up and s/a moderators do not even deal with this.

If you didn't bother reading through the case, kindly do not post your comments whatsoever, as it would hold no grounds.
just like your reasoning as to why it shouldn't be lockable.

How do users new to jsp know how trustworthy people are?
And there are cases where people who have been regarded as "trustworthy" have scammed people, so I don't see how a few vouches can make it all better.

To be somewhat fair, I was making almost everyone in the guild's sigs. So it was delivered, 90% of the time...

Gonna have to go with this right here.

Something could happen irl, or on vent/msn/aim and the owner has the right to kick anyone from the guild for any reason even if the other person paid to get in.

I think it sucks that people get scammed for this way but it could be taken advantage of if it was a lockable offense
