If there's enough of a fanbase on d2jsp to populate the forum, I don't see why not.
Pokemon isn't only limited to the main series of the games of course, so a lot can be done with a sub-forum methinks.

Make a list of all the people that would use this Sub-Forum if it was added, to make this suggestion more convincing.
Just because there has been 10 topics or so in the last few days, doesn't mean it will get used a lot.
I'm going to vote no for now, will change my vote if you compile a list together with a decent amount of users.

Make a topic in the Anime or Other Games forum and ask who would use this subforum if added and tell them to post and compile a list through that.
A decent amount of people would be atleast I would think 75+

Pretty reasonable suggestion imo. As someone who EV trains their dudes and all that, I'd love to talk strategy and stuff in a Poke-centric environment.

EV= Effort Value, I just read up on all this since I'm one of those people who breed all their pokemon. EV's are basically hidden points your pokemon gains while battling to determine how it gains its stat points. So if you wanted a speed pokemon, you would fight pokemon who give EPs in the speed stat, there is max of what you can gain but it's what sets the men from the boys
