earlier today the winning numbers were 23 5 15 or something and i bout a ticket at the last 2 minutes that was 23 15 5, but it didn't count for that lottery, went to the next hour, so i woulda been first for the out of order thing but didn't take lol =P

It doesn't matter if you had all three numbers. It only counts if you have all three numbers IN THE CORRECT ORDER.
