Actually thats exactly the point. You can only respond to your friends, so it would be useful so that you could only view the blogs of friends if you wanted it to that way.

why would you view jsp "friend" blogs..
idc about any of the 200+ ppl on my friends list.... last thing i would ever want to do is read their blogs..

he heans that there would be an option - just like in the trading / selling where u can click only ISO and it comes up only iso's

i mean you can do that but your viewing someone else's blog

they added someone so they can post in it all they want

i understand where your getting at but... ;/

edit : also if you dont know the person then how would you becomes friends with other new people!

maybe im confused then

are you talking about

1 - viewing other people blogs and only able to see your friends posts
2 - viewing your older blogs before friends only on blogs became active
3 - hide posts for non-friends for all blogs (before friends only and friends only)
4 - only able to view topics created made by friends
5 - something else

its most likely 4 im guessing since its confusing but i wanna make sure im getting it right

if its 4 then its fine with me

and i could have the option to just read up on what my friends are blogging about

Yes, its 4. A filter so that you can view blogs made by friends, but not others, which will be undone when you leave the page, just as the other filters are used in the trade forums.
