i believe if the forum will be populated enough and not just a place to +1, there isn't a norweigian speaking moderator to control that forum however

Don't think a mod would be a problem. Most Scandinavian / Nordic people understand the language of the other nations and there surely is some Swedish /Danish mods around.

Tho I don't think it would be filled with spam. Most Norwegian d2jsp users know each other in some way because we are a fairly tight-knit community. My guess is that the sub forum would be kind of "self-modded" if you know what I mean without major violations

that is so right m8, all scandinavians hold together as one :) btw we have 1 Norwegian with tursted tag Kenneth but he is "semi active" atm
