what i only mind is who can possess fg when the guild transfer happened, against donor member's will.

example:
1. if they knew the guild were being sold they wouldnt have donated.
2. a donor got kicked without refund as most guild charters mentioned, just before the guild was sold.

if the ex-guild owner exclusive property right there could be a trouble.
especially when those were brought by guild owner on purpose, its very hard to prove as scam.

also if all donors have the right to get it back, its kinda annoying to fairly redistribute the rest of fg,
especially when a part of it was already consumed.

but nonetheless it sounds like a good idea.
once those cases are cleared i would like to vote for yes.

The bank will be part of the guild, so any funds in it would stay...but i dont think the leader would leave the funds in there
