i understand it is a tough concept for Non guild leaders to understand to an extent,

i think this is a great idea

could make it more secure, that people can request fg from the bank

but the guild owner has to approve it, so like he has a tick or cross box, to say if they can take the fg out of it or not, that wud stop scams

as trhe guild owner would know who had taken the fg, and if he did scam the fg, easilly locked

I think it was suggested that the gold logs for the bank would show who took the fg out as well as where it went.

I believe it's also understood that only the guild leader and people he/she designates would have the ability to withdraw fg from the bank (I think this addresses your security issue).

Yeah, by bank, i dont actually mean bank
i more or less mean a separate built in Fg amount that makes things easier to keep track, and can be modified to flexibly distribute fg amongst people
